Additional Rules
• Please enjoy yourself while being there.
• We would like guests to help us to look after the river. Please do not throw rubbish into the river. Refrain from using any form of chemicals, soap, and shampoo while in the river.
• There are plenty of rubbish bin around the facility. We would appreciate if guests could keep the place clean and tidy. Please do not dispose sanitary pads and diapers into the wc, please use the bins provided. All the bins are emptied by our house keeper daily.
• The water used in the facility are obtained from water springs found within the property. Please boil water for consumption. Also please help us to conserve water, since they do take a while to replenish the storage tanks.
• Please be safe when using the facility. There may be places that may impose safety hazards. We shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, damages and/or illness that occur as a result of using our facility.
**If you have children staying with you, the house is not child proof and it is your responsibility to keep them safe and within your eyesight at all times.
• Vehicles left in the car park are at the owners risk. We accept no liability for any loss, theft or damage to the vehicles and its contents.
• Please limit the number of people using the ‘Tree house’ at any one time to a maximum of 8.
• Non halal food and beverages are not allowed on the property.
• Kindly keep to the number of guest as agreed at the time of booking.
• We would appreciate if guest could leave the property clean and tidy.
• We shall reserve our right to remove guest from the property for violation of the rules and conditions stated above.
